The sales report rounds values to the nearest whole cent when displaying totals. Many streaming payouts are fractions of a cent (for example, $0.00035 per stream). Because of this rounding, the report will display $0.00 even though there is an amount earned.
Your actual earnings are still tracked precisely, they just aren’t visible at a glance due to the way the report formats numbers.
How to See Your Exact Earnings
To view the exact, unrounded amount:
- Open your Sales report.
- Click into the individual cell that shows $0.00.
- You’ll then see the full decimal value (for example, $0.00035).
All your earnings are accurately recorded and included in your total payout. Even the smallest amounts add up over time and will be reflected in your Too Lost Wallet once your earnings reach the payout threshold.
Keep in mind that stores and services report on a 2-6 month delay, meaning that streams or sales occurring today will typically become payable 2-6 months after their confirmed sale date. We post sales reports to your account as soon as they are made available to us by stores and services.
