When you distribute a new release, YouTube may assign it to the wrong channel or create a new one. If this happens, you can submit a request through your Too Lost account to move your release to the correct channel.
How to Submit the Request
- Navigate to the Support portal of your Too Lost account.
- Create a YouTube Remapping ticket.
Once submitted, please allow 2-7 business days for your request to be processed.
Important
- When Too Lost delivers your music to YouTube, your tracks may first appear on a Release - Topic channel, also called a Various Artists channel. This is a temporary location used by YouTube while your release is being processed.
- Once YouTube verifies that all metadata is complete and accurate, your music will automatically move to a Topic channel under your artist name. This process usually takes 1-30 days, depending on YouTube’s processing time.
