Unconfirmed royalties are earnings that haven’t yet been paid by stores and are still pending confirmation by our Finance team. These are shown as Estimated Sales and may fluctuate slightly due to taxes or exchange rates. They are not included in user balances and cannot be requested for payout until confirmed.
Royalties are pending confirmation mainly because stores report sales weeks or months before issuing payment. We upload these reports early so users can track earnings, but they only become payable once payment is received.
Occasionally, royalties remain unconfirmed due to:
- Delayed payments from music services.
- Technical issues causing confirmation backlogs.
- Adjustments in reports from music services affecting previous periods.
Once confirmed, earnings are added to your Too Lost Wallet and become available for payout.
