Too Lost provides real-time status updates so you can track your release every step of the way. After uploading your release, go to Releases to see its current status.
Here’s what each status means:
Draft
Your release is in Draft if it’s incomplete or requires edits. You can make changes in the Uploader while a release is in Draft status. When edits are required after content review, our Quality Control team may push a release back to Draft in order to properly address the content issues.
Pending
Pending appears after you publish your release. This means it’s under review by our Quality Control team. After approval, releases may remain in Pending while waiting in the queue for delivery or during the delivery process to stores and services.
Needs Documentation
If additional information is required (such as documentation for sampled audio, copyright verification, or potential audio matches), your release will show Needs Documentation or Needs Docs. For more information about this status and how to resolve it, please see our Help Center article here: What Is the "Needs Docs" Status?
Delivered
A release moves to Delivered once it has been accepted and sent to stores and services. At this stage, the content is being ingested or scheduled for the release date. Your Release Link will function as a "pre-save / pre-order" link when in the Delivered status.
Use the Delivery Log to monitor your release’s progress across stores and services. For more information about ingestion times, please see our Help Center article here: How Long Does It Take For My Music To Go Live in Services?
Live
Your release will show as Live once the release date arrives and at least one store or service has made your release available. If your release was backdated or approved after the scheduled release date, it will also display as Live once the stores begin their ingestion process.
Important:
- Even when a release is marked as Live, it may not yet be accessible on all stores, as each platform follows its own ingestion schedule. For more information about ingestion times, please see our Help Center article here: How Long Does It Take For My Music To Go Live in Services?
- Release links for Live releases will function as “stream now / buy now” links.
- Too Lost’s Live status indicates that your release has been delivered to at least one selected store or service. It does not guarantee that all deliveries are complete.
To track delivery progress across all stores, please check the Delivery Log in your account.
Takedown Requested / Takendown
- When you request a takedown, the status changes to Takedown Requested or Takedown Pending.
- Once approved, the status updates to Takendown.
- If a takedown request is not approved, your release will revert to its previous status.
