The Delivery Log lets you monitor the delivery and status of your releases across all supported stores and services. It’s a helpful tool to ensure that your music is successfully distributed everywhere it should be.

Access the Delivery Log
- From your Too Lost account, go to the Releases tab and select Delivery Logs.
- You can search by Store/Service or UPC, or filter by Date or Delivery Status.
- From your Too Lost account, go to the Releases tab and select Delivery Logs.

View Delivery Status
- Find a comprehensive list of each platform’s delivery status (e.g., “Completed,” “Pending,” “Failed”).

Review Issues or Errors
- If a release has any issues (like “Failed”), click on it to view detailed information and understand what needs to be corrected.

Take Action If Needed
- Make any required updates and resubmit the release if prompted.
- If you’re unable to resolve the issue on your end, submit a Content Redelivery ticket through your Support portal. Be sure to specify which stores need redelivery.
The Delivery Log ensures you stay up to date on your release’s distribution, giving you full visibility into where and how your music is being delivered.
