1. Access the Delivery Log
- Log in to your Too Lost account and go to a specific release in the Release Management section.
- Click on “View Release” for the release you would like to look at the delivery log for then click on the delivery log tab.
- Click on the Delivery Log option to view your delivery statuses
2. View Delivery Status
- Find a comprehensive list of each platform’s delivery status (e.g., “Completed,” “Pending,” “Failed”).
3. Track Issues and Updates
- If a release has any issues (like “Failed”), click on it to view detailed information and understand what needs to be corrected.
4. Take Action if Needed
- If there are errors or corrections needed, make the required updates and resubmit if prompted.
- If you cannot resolve this on your end, submit a Content Redelivery ticket located in your support dashboard and specify any stores that need redelivery
